Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by fb677 will result in the suspension of your Account pending verification, and may result in permanent account closure.

If fb677 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account is being accessed by a person under the age of 18, fb677 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and permanently close the Account if the suspicion is confirmed. Any winnings generated during a period of underage play will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain exactly one Account on the fb677 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process

3.4 One Account Per Player

The operation of more than one Account by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Account Suspension & Closure

fb677 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fb677 reasonably determines that grounds for suspension or closure exist. This Article sets out the principal grounds and procedures applicable to Account suspension and closure.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

A player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting fb677 support at [email protected]. Before closing your Account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Upon voluntary closure, any active bonus funds will be forfeited. fb677 will process voluntary closure requests within five business days of receipt. Players who have self-excluded (see Article 8.3) may not reopen a closed Account during the self-exclusion period.

8.2 Involuntary Suspension and Closure

fb677 may immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, and forfeit all or part of your balance, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct under Article 6.

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a genuine error on fb677's part, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the last-used payment method within ten business days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never existed.
